Instructions
This is really an INTERVIEW to help your instructor, me, get to know you better and not a "quiz!"--you are not being graded on this!--but because having background information on students can be very helpful for me to ensure you get the most out of the course please take the time to answer these questions well! (i.e. think about your responses and provide more detailed responses than "yes," "no," or "don't know.")
Be sure to identify and explain information you would like me to know about you to make sure you have the most positive learning experience and outcomes in this class possible.
NOTE: YOUR RESPONSES WILL BE KEPT PRIVATE AND WILL NOT BE MADE PUBLIC TO OTHER STUDENTS! PLEASE COMPLETE THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE--THE INTERVIEW WILL CLOSE ON SEPTEMBER 24!
