What Does a Book Record Include?
Each item in the COA Library collection is described in a record within the catalog. Each record is made up of fields. Each field contains a specific type of information, e.g. Title, Author (Creator), Subjects, Publisher, Publication date (Creation Date), and Summary of Contents.
