How to find and log in to the Human Capital Management (HCM) System

Human Capitol Management System (HCM) is a website you can access from any device connected to the internet. You will use the same credentials previous used on PROMT.

Quickstart Guide for Log On and basic Navigation

Access the HCM at a new URL: https://hcm.peralta.edu/ Links to an external site.  You will be taken to the HCM log in page

On PROMT You Saw

    1. Enter your User ID - use the same User ID used in PROMT (usually a first initial and last name and does not include @peralta.edu)
    2. Enter your Password - use the same password used in PROMT
    3. Select "Sign In"
