  • Getting Access to Exercise 
    • Go for a jog or a walk: While you must stay 6 feet away from other people, it's still okay to go outside for a jog or a walk. Be sure not to touch any surfaces with your hands when you are outside--for example, press the crosswalk button with your elbow. Wash your hands for 20 seconds when you get home.
