I can't see all of my courses on my Dashboard.	There could be several reasons for this: Are you formally enrolled in these courses? Please check your Passport Student Center Links to an external site. to make sure you are enrolled in the classes. If you have not paid fees, you may have been dropped from classes - please see Peralta Payment Options & Policies Links to an external site.. If you need to re-enroll in classes and open enrollment is past, please see the Enrollment FAQs. If you just enrolled in a course, please wait up to 8 hours before the course shows up on your Dashboard. The course may not be open yet - please check with your instructor. Make sure your browser is set up correctly Links to an external site., or try another browser.
I can't see all of the Assignments in my class.	Please contact your instructor to make sure the content is visible to students. You may also want to check your browser Links to an external site..

How can I contact my instructor?	Click on the Help Menu icon "?" in the left sidebar and then click "Ask the Instructor a Question" to send a message. Or send a message from your Inbox by clicking the "Inbox icon" on the left sidebar - this is also called Conversations. Can I store files on Canvas?	Students may store up to 50 MB in their private files area. Files uploaded in courses do not count towards the 50 MB.
How long will my course be open on Canvas after it's completed?	Most courses will remain open in a read-only state for students until the start of the next semester. Your instructor may close it earlier. Please check with your instructor on availability of your course.
Help! I can't find what I need!	Please refer to Using the Canvas Help or watch a video about Canvas Help Resources. For Canvas help, send an email to canvas@peralta.edu - include your full name, your Student ID #, and describe what happened.
