1) Logging in to the Student Portal and Canvas

2) Technology Requirements

Please ask students to CC you if you deem it helpful, and to include: 

  • A clear subject line expressing the topic of their needs
  • Note their full name and Peralta ID
  • Note the class and section
  • Context of their issue and their specific needs/questions
  • Screen shots when appropriate
