Exam Day Availabilities and Preferences

Please complete this ungraded survey to submit your preferences and availability to take Exams 1 - 3.

Results from this survey will be used to determine the best day and time for the class to take these exams.

Your flexibility is much appreciated. Please check ALL of your available times, not just the time periods you want/prefer.

Please note:

• I plan on offering a 4-hour window for all students to take each exam.
• You will be given 90 minutes to complete each exam and an extra 30 minutes to organize, scan, and upload your written work (total time: 2 hours)
• You should start each exam sometime within the first two hours of this 4-hour window to allow yourself the full 2 hours to take the exam.
• The exam will automatically end at the end of the 4-hour period.
• Students with extra time accommodations through the Student Accessibility Services (SAS) will be provided these accommodations. Please use the textbox at the end of this survey to state specific preferred days and times that include your full time accommodations.
• All times are Pacific Standard Time periods (California time).
