Syllabus Quiz

Instructions: 

• This quiz asks about requirements, policies and due dates in this class.  All answers can be found in the Syllabus (linked on the left side of our Canvas course).   

• Once you start the quiz, you will have 30 minutes to complete it. The quiz locks automatically after 30 minutes, whether you take a break or not, so please watch the time. 
• If you like, you can have 2 chances to take the quiz. Your last submission will be graded.

• Before you start the quiz, you should read and understand the Syllabus.  You will not have enough time to answer the questions correctly unless you are familiar with the syllabus and know where to find different types of information in it.

• Read the questions carefully and answer them as accurately and completely as possible for full credit.  Be sure you answer all parts of each question to earn credit.  Incomplete answers will not earn credit.

• This is an "open-book" quiz and you can use our Syllabus and Canvas class to answer the questions.

• Please note that your quiz submission should be your individual effort.  Please do not work together or consult with classmates or others while taking the quiz.  If you have any questions, please Inbox your instructor on Canvas.
