This quiz asks about requirements, policies and due dates in this class as presented in our Syllabus. All answers can be found in the Syllabus (linked on the left side of our Canvas course).

Before you start the quiz, please read through the Syllabus. You will not have enough time to answer the questions correctly unless you are familiar with the syllabus and know where to find different types of information in it.
- Once you start the quiz, you will have 30 minutes to complete it. The quiz locks automatically after 30 minutes, whether you take a break or not, so please watch the time. You may take the quiz as many times as you like and the highest score will be used.

Read the questions carefully and answer them as accurately and completely as possible for full credit. Be sure you answer all parts of each question to earn credit. Incomplete answers will not earn credit.
