Physics 10 is "Elementary introduction to the field of physics: Mechanics, heat, electricity and magnetism, sound, optics, and modern physics" (catalog description). This course is suitable for: (1) non-science majors needing to satisfy a physical science without lab requirement, (2) future science majors who are not sure if physics and engineering is for them, and (3) anyone who wants a one-semester overview of physics.

Physics 10 at College of Alameda is an online class. Other than for exams (there are online and in-person options for the midterms and the final), there are no required face-to-face meetings on campus.
