Get help using the new PeopleSoft

 

How do I get help?

If you run into trouble in the new version of PeopleSoft, send an email to pssupport@peralta.edu

  • Send the email from your Peralta email account
  • Explain what you were trying to do (e.g. I tried to see my class roster)
  • Explain what happened or what stopped you from completing your task (e.g. I didn't see a Faculty Center tile)
  • Be succinct 
  • Attach a print screen of the problem (what you see) if you can
  • The Help Desk team will respond as quickly as possible
