Get help using the new PeopleSoft
How do I get help?
If you run into trouble in the new version of PeopleSoft, send an email to pssupport@peralta.edu
- Send the email from your Peralta email account
- Explain what you were trying to do (e.g. I tried to see my class roster)
- Explain what happened or what stopped you from completing your task (e.g. I didn't see a Faculty Center tile)
- Be succinct
- Attach a print screen of the problem (what you see) if you can
- The Help Desk team will respond as quickly as possible
