How to use Curriculum Management

 

What is Campus Solutions Administrator website and why do I need it?

The Campus Solutions Administrator website is a module in Campus Solutions where administrators can manage curriculum. 


Quickstart Guide - log in and navigate Campus Solutions Administrator

Faculty Center is part of the Campus Solutions module in PeopleSoft.

Log in to Campus Solutions at: https://sa.peralta.edu/ Links to an external site.  (this is a different URL from other PeopleSoft resources)

    1. Enter your User ID - use the same User ID used in PROMT (usually a first initial and last name and does not include @peralta.edu)
    2. Enter your Password - use the same password used in PROMT
    3. Select "Sign In" 

You will be taken to the Campus Solutions Administrator page within the Campus Solutions System. This page will have multiple tiles depending on your administrative access, potentially including:

      • Curriculum Management

You can return to the Campus Solutions Administrator page by clicking the back button or by clicking the home button Screen Shot 2021-02-03 at 3.56.41 PM.png  (top right) 

To navigate around Campus Solutions Administrator you can:

      • Click the home button from any page to return to the main Faculty Center Page
      • Click "Search" icon, top right, to find a resource using a key word
      • Click the "three dots" icon, top right, to open a New Window, read Oracle/PeopleSoft Help manuals, or Sign Out
      • Click the Navigation icon for alternate navigation options and set your "Favorites"
      • Depending on your user access, you may have additional options in the drop down at the top, center of your screen

When you are done, select the "three dots" on the top right of any page and select "Sign Out"
