| Where can I find my online classes? |

| I can't login to Canvas. |
You must be a Peralta student and be enrolled in classes in order to login to your courses on Canvas. Not Enrolled Yet?
Already Enrolled? - Go to the Peralta Portal

| I don't know what my Canvas username is. |
Your Canvas username is the same as your email address. Your email address is your student ID number @cc.peralta.edu. To log in to Canvas, go to the Peralta Portal. Links to an external site. |
| I don't know my Canvas password. |
Go to the Peralta Portal Links to an external site., select "Can't Access My Account" and follow the instructions to reset your own password. If you are unable to reset your password, email helpdesk@cc.peralta.edu.with your name, student ID number and request a new password. |
| What is my Passport User ID? |
Your Passport User ID is the username for logging in to your Student Center on PASSPORT Links to an external site.. For most students, this will be your Student ID #. For students who have been a Peralta student for 5 or more years, your Passport User ID is a combination of letters and numbers. | I don't know what my Student ID# is. |
Your Student ID # begins with the number "1" and can be found on your Student ID Card or on your receipt for fee payment. It is also on your Passport Student Center page following your name at the top. But if you are unable to login to your Student Center and cannot find your Student ID #, please contact reset@peralta.edu for assistance - include your full name, your Peralta Student Email Address (if you know it), your CCCApply ID # (if you know it), your mailing address, and your date of birth. |

| I am enrolled in classes but I still can't login. |
Possible reasons for not being able to login to Canvas if you are enrolled in classes:
The student email username is your Passport-User-ID@cc.peralta.edu. Your Passport-User-ID is usually your Student ID#, but it may be letters and numbers if you took classes more than 5 years ago.
Note: You are logged in to Canvas when you can see your Dashboard. |
