Human Resources – Situational Analysis & Judgement
Please answer five (5) out of the following ten (10) Human Resource Management situational problems, identifying the best option from the available choices, or in certain questions, rank-ordering the options from best to worst.
Use your best judgement based on management principles discussed in class, while also taking into consideration any legal ramifications and/or potential consequences/impacts of your choice, whether intended or unintended.
In each case you should explain your reasoning for the choice(s) made.
Five responses @ 20 points each, 100 points total.
Please note that the quiz will show a total possible points of 200 for completion of all 10 scenarios - but you are only required to choose / answer five of the scenarios for a total possible of 100 points.
There is no time limit and you're allowed multiple attempts. Remember to submit your quiz when complete. The latest iteration will be retained for grading purposes.
