Homework Assignments

Purpose: This assignment is so you can learn to identify the organelles of both plant and animal cells.  In the process, you will also see what they have in common and the differences.  There are practice images on the Cell Structure and Function page.  Maybe add the function to your notes?

A few notes on these assignments:

• Be sure you read the information and then attempt to answer the questions
• You can use your lecture notes to help you find the answers
• Or ask us if you need assistance or want to bounce ideas off of us.  (Which also means do not wait until the last minute to complete the work)
• If there is FIll in, we will take a look before your grade is revealed.  So, don't worry so much about it being marked wrong.  It's not multiple choice because we'd like to know what you think!
• Always note if you are provided with more than one attempt
• Note the number of points an assignment is worth.  That can help ensure your answers are complete.
