Syllabus Quiz

Instructions: 

• Please complete this quiz before Sunday, June 23 at 11:59 pm.
• The quiz asks about course topics, requirements, policies and due dates in this class.  All answers can be found in the Syllabus (linked on the left side of our Canvas course and posted in Modules).  

• Please carefully read and study the Syllabus before starting the quiz because there is a time limit and you will not have time to answer the questions correctly if you aren't familiar with the syllabus and know where to find different information. 

• Once you start the quiz, you will have 30 minutes to complete it. The quiz locks automatically after 30 minutes, whether you take a break or not, so please watch the time.  

• This is an "open-book" quiz and you can use our Syllabus to answer the questions.

• Answer the questions as accurately and completely as possible for full credit.  Make sure you answer all parts of each question.  Only complete answers will receive credit.

• If you like, you may have 2 chances to take the quiz. Your last submission will be graded.

• Please note that your quiz submission should be your individual effort.  Please do not work together or consult with classmates while taking the quiz.  If you have any questions, please Inbox your instructor on Canvas.
