How to view & edit My Personal Details
What can I see under Personal Details?
From the Personal Details page in the Human Capital Management System (under Employee Self Service) you can access and update your contact information, emergency information, and legal status.
Quickstart Guide - View & Edit Personal Details in PeopleSoft
Personal Details information is accessed through Employee Self Service in the Human Capital Management module of PeopleSoft.
Log in at: https://hcm.peralta.edu/ Links to an external site. (this is a different URL from other PeopleSoft resources)

- Enter your User ID - use the same User ID used in PROMT (usually a first initial and last name and does not include @peralta.edu)
- Enter your Password - use the same password used in PROMT
- Select "Sign In"
Once you are logged in:
- Using the drop down arrow at the top center of the page, select Employee Self Service.
- Click the Personal Details tile to access the Personal Details page
- From the Personal Details page you will see several more tiles, each with their own functions:

- Addresses: Update your Home Address and Mailing Address
- Contact Details: Update your Phone and Email information
- Marital Status: Change Marital Status
- Emergency Contact: Update Emergency Contact Details
- Additional Information: Review additional Information (birth date, etc.)
- Veteran Status: Review and edit Veteran Status and Reasonable Accommodation Info

Add/Update Name: add description, currently shows review of all personal info
Personal Details
- You can navigate back using the back button
(top left)
- You can return to the Employee Self Service page by clicking the home button
(top right)When you are done, select the "three dots" on the top right of any page and Select "Sign Out"
