How to view My Benefit Details
What Benefit information can I see?
From the Benefits Details page in the Human Capital Management System (under Employee Self Service)you can access a summary of your benefits.
Quickstart Guide - View My Benefits Information
Benefits information is part of Employee Self Service in the Human Capital Management module of PeopleSoft.
Log in at: https://hcm.peralta.edu/ Links to an external site. (this is a different URL from other PeopleSoft resources)

- Enter your User ID - use the same User ID used in PROMT (usually a first initial and last name and does not include @peralta.edu)
- Enter your Password - use the same password used in PROMT
- Select "Sign In"
Once you are logged in:
- Using the drop down arrow at the top center of the page, select Employee Self Service.
- Click the Benefits Details tile to access the Benefits Details page
- Click the Benefits Summary tile to review your Benefits Plans and Coverage for:

- Sick Leave
- COVID-19 Sick
- Workmans Comp

You can navigate back using the back button
(top left)
- You can return to the Employee Self Service page by clicking the home button
(top right)
When you are done, select the "three dots" on the top right of any page and Select "Sign Out"
